Nova Scotia native set to compete on Jeopardy tonight

Cheers are ringing out in Nova Scotia for a Jeopardy contestant.

Mattea Roach of Nova Scotia is set to compete in Tuesday night’s episode of the popular game show.

Her family in Marion Bridge, Cape Breton has set up a sign at a local grocery store cheering her on and wishing her good luck.

Roach calls it a case “of extreme Cape Breton behavior,” which is making her feel incredibly supported.

The 23-year-old currently lives in Toronto.

Catch tonight’s episode at 8:30 p.m. Atlantic.
