Antigonish man charged with arson after fire in Havre Boucher

A 24-year-old Antigonish man has been charged with arson after a fire in Havre Boucher in April.

The Mounties were called to the scene at around 9:30 p.m. on April 12th near Exit 38 on Highway 104.

The local volunteer fire department extinguished the flames.

Police say no one was hurt.

Brent Chisholm was arrested on May 26th following a six-week investigation.

He’s set to appear in Antigonish Provincial Court on June 29th.
