The Municipality of the District of Guysborough held a regular council meeting last night.
Representatives from the RCMP were present and reported their overall stats were down, news that was welcomed by Warden Vernon Pitts.
Pitts took the time to acknowledge the RCMPs commitment to the community.
The municipality is set to have an audit committee meeting and a special council meeting on July 27th
