Canada Games: Halifax Swimmer Wins First Gold For N.S.

A big moment for Halifax’s Keilen Bellis.

The 17-year old won the 50-metre breaststroke swimming event at the 2022 Canada Games yesterday.

Bellis earns Nova Scotia’s first gold medal of the games.

It’s the first swimming gold for our province since 2009.
