The Provincial Government is making investments to repair roads in Guysborough County.
White Head Road is set to be awarded with $2,342,001 worth of repairs with a focus on patching and repaving. Dexter Construction has been awarded the tender to deliver these upgrades to the road.
The Houston Government is also investing $355,194 to fix Moose Point Road with a focus on gravelling and drainage. Nova Construction Company was awarded the tender for these repairs.
Local MLA Greg Morrow says these investments in our community’s infrastructure will go a long way for residents and allow drivers to enjoy a safer and smoother ride on the two roads.
