Randy Delorey will once again carry the Liberal banner in Antigonish.
Delorey, Antigonish’s current MLA, received the party’s nomination at a recent virtual nomination meeting.
An election hasn’t been called; Premier Iain Rankin has to do so by spring 2022 at the latest.
Delorey was elected as Antigonish’s representative in the provincial legislature in 2013, and was re-elected in 2017.
He’s currently the province’s justice minister; his past cabinet portfolios have included health, finance and environment.
