Cole Butcher of Hantsport took the checkered flag at the high banks of Riverside.
Butcher was the driver of car 53 and he won the Lucas Oil 150 at Riverside International Speedway in James River on Saturday.
The race was originally scheduled to take place last week but it was postponed due to Hurricane Dorian.
Andrew Warren was in first for the East Coast Mini Stock Tour.
Dave Matthews was crowned the 2019 champion.
