An information session took place in St Peters to give residents of Richmond County a chance to learn about the Point Tupper Clean Energy Project. The project, by EverWind Fuels will convert the Point Tupper Fuel Storage Facility into a green hydrogen and ammonia production facility.
This expansion project will be in Richmond County and Warden Amanda Mombourquette says it’s important for EverWind Fuels to consult with community members to listen to their concerns about the project. So far, no concerns have been brought to her attention. She would like to invite residents that have any questions or concerns about the project to bring them to the attention of the municipality or to EverWind Fuels
A second information session was scheduled to be held at Arichat’s New Horizons Seniors Club last night. More information on the project is available at EverWind Fuels Website: EverWind Fuels – Environmentally Green Solutions – EverWind
