Youth with life-threatening injuries after attacked by group of dogs

A youth is in life-threatening condition after being attacked by a group of dogs in Shelburne.

RCMP say it happened Saturday around 5 p.m. in the 100 block of Upper Sandy Cove Road in Welshtown.

Three large-breed dogs attacked a young person who was riding a bike past the property.

All three have been euthanized.

The investigation is ongoing, but no further details will be released at this time.
