Early dismissal for Cape Breton Highlands students Thursday

Classes are ending early for some in the Quad Counties.

Students at Cape Breton Highlands Education Centre/Academy will begin dismissing at 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

The Strait Regional Centre for Education says it’s due to a water main break.
