CHAIR YOGA is a modified form of Hatha yoga that uses a chair as a prop allowing participants to practice yoga while seated and standing with the chairs support. It offers a gentle and accessible approach combining full-body stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that help enhance flexibility, improve balance, and promote deep relaxation.
