The Inverness County District RCMP was called to a report of a single vehicle crash on the morning of October 29th.
It happened on a trail off Port Malcolm Road near Point Tupper and officers found an overturned ATV on the trail upon arrival.
The driver and lone rider was a 75 year old man from Port Hawkesbury. The driver was pinned under the ATV and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The RCMP would like to send their condolences to the victims family.
