Freezing rain forecast for parts of N.S.

Some areas of our province will get freezing rain, starting tomorrow night.

A Special Weather Statement is in effect from Environment Canada for Lunenburg, Halifax, the Valley, Colchester and Cumberland counties.

The forecaster says a significant period of ice pellets and freezing rain will continue into Thursday morning.

They say storms like this usually create bad driving conditions, and sometimes cause power outages.
