Below is a guide on how to create and use a Parent Account in BusPlanner Web and downloading the BusPlanner Delays app.
BusPlanner Web
- The BusPlanner Web platform allows families to access their student‘s bus information online including bus route number, bus stop locations and pickup/drop-off times.
- To create a Parent Account, access BusPlanner Web, click on the Parent Portal icon and then click on Create Account.

- Once a Parent Account is activated, you will also be able to choose to receive bus service delays/cancellations specific to your student’s bus route(s) by email and/or text.
- Do not make any edits to your contact information as displayed in your BusPlanner Parent Portal Account.
- Parents and guardians will be required to sign up annually for a Parent Account in BusPlanner.
BusPlanner Delays App
- You may also receive bus notices through the BusPlanner Delays app which is available free in your app store.
- This app allows users to select route(s) for which you would like to receive notifications.
Once the platform is launched, you will be able to view current bus service delays/cancellations at SRCE BusPlanner Web.
