An Antigonish Co. boxer is part of the Canadian National Youth Team competing at a tournament in Budapest, Hungary.
Brierly Brook’s Matt Fraser won his first bout at the Bornemissza Memorial Tournament against his Hungarian opponent in a split decision.
Fraser, a two-time youth national champion, faces an opponent from Thailand in the semi-finals Thursday.
