The province’s two Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams are in action.
The Cape Breton Eagles (2-2-0), winners of two of their last three, visit Pomquet’s Logan Chisholm and the Acadie-Bathurst Titan (3-0-1) for the first of back-to-back weekend games; the teams meet again in Bathurst Saturday.
It’s their first game between them in 2020-21.
The Halifax Mooseheads (1-2-1), who have lost three straight, host River Denys’ Colten Ellis and the Charlottetown Islanders (3-1-0) at Scotiabank Centre in the first game of the season between those two teams.
Both games get underway at 7 p.m.
