The Antigonish Bulldogs play their second road game in as many days to close out the 2019-20 Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League regular season.
The Bulldogs, coming off Saturday’s win against Cumberland Co. in Springhill, visit the Eskasoni Eagles.
Antigonish has won two of the first three games in the four-game season series against Eskasoni.
Game time is 2 p.m.
The two local teams in the Nova Scotia Female Midget AAA Hockey League play their second playoff games in as many days.
The Northern Selects play the Penguins in game two of their league semi-final after they won the opening game Saturday night.
Puck drop at the Pictou Co. Wellness Centre is 12 p.m.
That series shifts to Dartmouth for game three Feb. 29.
The Novas finish off the 2019-20 regular season in the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League at home.
They host the Bedford Barons.
The Novas (24-7-1), who have won back-to-back games and five of the last six, are tied with the Gulls for top spot in the 12-team league with 49 points, but have clinched top spot with more wins; the Barons (23-9-0) are three points back in third.
The teams have split the first two games in their three-game season series.
Puck drop at the Keating Centre in Antigonish is 11 a.m.
The Halifax Mooseheads host Pleasant Valley’s Jacob Hudson, Antigonish’s Jake and Sean Stewart, Beaver Meadow’s Ryan MacLellan and the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The Mooseheads are second-last in the 10-team Eastern Conference- and the entire league- while the Wildcats are in top spot in the conference.
Moncton has won five of the first six games in the nine-game season series between the Maritimes Division rivals.
Puck drop at Scotiabank Centre is 3 p.m.
