Man charged with sexual crimes wanted on province-wide arrest warrant

Annapolis District RCMP have issued a province-wide arrest warrant for a man charged in relation to sexual crimes.

Jeffrey Edward Douglas Keddy, 30, from Melvern Square, is charged with Sexual Interference and Invitation to Sexual Touching involving a youth in Wilmot in May.

Several attempts have been made by police to locate Keddy; they’re asking the public’s assistance.

Keddy is aware he’s wanted and has not turned himself in, police say.

Anyone who see’s Keddy is not to approach him, RCMP say. Rather, they ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts contact Annapolis District RCMP at 902-825-2000, anonymously contact Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers toll free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca.
