MP Kelloway returning to the House of Commons

After a short break, Federal Parliament sittings continue today.

Cape Breton Canso MP Mike Kelloway plans to discuss the role out of healthcare funding to the provinces. An investment of over $4 billion is expected for Nova Scotia.

“This is of great importance to Nova Scotia and the Quad Counties.” stated Kelloway. “This is step in the right direction that is going to help with family doctor and nurse practitioner shortages, surgery backlogs, and mental health and substance abuse supports, this will give Nova Scotians the care they deserve, I am looking forward to working with the Province and the Federal Government on these dollars.”

Kelloway will be back in the constituency next week and residents can expect announcements on important infrastructure projects in Inverness County.
