N.S. Sport Hall of Fame getting upgrades

Improvements for the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame.

The province announced $2.5 million toward renovations, which will increase the size of the space inside Scotiabank Centre in Halifax.

It will be fully accessible with an elevator and upgraded washrooms.

President and CEO Bruce Rainnie says this will allow them to preserve the legacies of Nova Scotian sports hall of famers.

The facility is currently closed for renovations.
