New Vice President of Advancement for StFX

Yesterday, St Francis Xavier University President and Vice Chancellor Dr Andy Hakin announced David Graham as the new Vice President of Advancement.

Hakin stated that Graham is a true ambassador for the institution, and they look forward to having him as part of the leadership team. He brings 30 years of experience in management and executive roles focused on fundraising, operation excellence, and marketing communications, most recently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Brigadoon Village an organization that was transformed under his leadership into a camp for children living with health conditions and other life challenges.

“I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to be able to return to my alma mater as a senior member of the executive team.” says Graham ” I am excited to join during a time of tremendous momentum for StFX and what I hope to achieve is to continue to broaden StFXs national footprint and the educational environment they have to offer.”

Graham graduated from StFX With a bachelor’s in business administration and he credits his time as an undergraduate student as being instrumental in shaping his character and skills in leadership, preparing him with the tools needed to engage stakeholders and deliver organizational growth.

He will begin his role in January 2023.
