Close to 280 students are graduating from the Nova Scotia Community College Strait Area Campus Thursday.
The convocation ceremony, one of 21 taking place across the province to honour more than 4,500 graduates, gets underway at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre at 4 p.m.
Adrianne McMahon, a graduate of the Behavioural Interventions Advanced Diploma program, has been chosen as the Strait Area Campus’ 2019 valedictorian.
