Incredible rainfall totals are being reported throughout the region.
More than 250 millimeters fell around Ingonish over the past few days.
Roughly 150 to 170 mm fell in the Sydney area and nearly 110 millimetres in Port Hawkesbury.
Between 80-100 millimetres fell in the Antigonish region.
