Photo radar coming to Nova Scotia?

The Nova Scotia Government has been working on a plan for a number of years to replace/update the Motor Vehicle Act with the Traffic Safety Act.

One of the possible updates would include the installation of photo radars to catch people speeding.

This would be a device that could take pictures of speeding vehicles and send a ticket to who it is registered to.

Many Countries already use speed radars including other parts of Canada.

There are over 100,000 speed cameras installed worldwide, with the majority located in Europe.
