On Monday morning, Nova Scotia Power reported multiple power outages throughout Cape Breton and some of Antigonish County.
It affected over 9,000 customers.
The causes are being investigated, but some were due to high winds.
It is expected to be restored at multiple times during the afternoon and evening depending on location.
