There will be power outages in some areas in Antigonish today.
The Town of Antigonish says residential customers on Highland Drive and West Street can expect short-duration power outages.
They say Electric Utility are conducting transformer replacements for the ongoing Grid Modernization Project.
Electric Utility says, “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve the reliability and performance of our electrical infrastructure.”
There are traffic control measures in place in the area.
