Repairs on swing bridge to cause delays in St. Peter’s Canal

The St. Peter’s Swing Bridge is to undergo maintenance Monday, which should cause delays for boat traffic.

According to a post on social media from the St. Peter’s National Historic Site, it will be between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., for essential repairs.

The post says, “We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain the safe and reliable operation of this vital waterway.”
