Stabbing in Sydney under investigation

Two men suffered life-threatening injuries after a stabbing on Prince Street in Sydney.

Cape Breton Regional Police were dispatched to the rear parking lot area of the Sobeys at around 7:30 Friday night.

Two males were initially taken to Cape Breton Regional Hospital to be treated. One required emergency surgery, while the other had to be transported to Halifax Hospital for further treatment.

Two people were taken into custody.

No word on any charges yet.
