Two teens from India, missing from Cape Breton travel group-in Montreal: Police

The two teenage boys from India, who went missing from a travel group in Cape Breton, are in Montreal.

Police say they travelled by their own means and are staying with someone they know.

They were seen entering Halifax Shopping Centre just before noon, Wednesday, August 2.

14-year-old Rakshit Bodla and 15-year-old Yash Kumar were last confirmed in their room at the Simon Hotel around midnight Tuesday.

They appear to have left sometime before 6am and did not show up for the group departure.

The matter has now been turned over to Montreal police and the Canada Border Service Agency.
