A number of organizations in Antigonish have been awarded funding.
Town council gave over $157,000 to 26 local groups.
Mayor Sean Cameron says it’s a testament to the commitment of th residents that support a wide range of services.
It’s part of the Grants to Organizations program.
Things like arts and culture, the emergency fuel fund and assisted community living were among the initiatives supported.
