Two men have been charged after a firearms incident in Colchester County.
Just after midnight, Saturday, a vehicle was shot at on Highway 2 in Central Onslow with was believed to be paintballs, but was actually a bullet.
Police issued an emergency alert as they looked for the suspect, who they thought had a firearm.
They learned a second person was involved.
A 39 year-old from Lower Onslow and a 37 year-old of Mill Village, not know to the victim, were arrested.
They will appear in Truro Provincial Court Monday.
