Chisholm named assistant captain of Titan

Another hockey player from the Quad Counties will wear a letter with his Quebec Major Junior Hockey League team.

Logan Chisholm has been named an assistant captain of the Acadie-Bathurst Titan.

Chisholm, a 17-year-old forward from Pomquet, is in his second season in Bathurst; he was part of the 2017-18 Memorial Cup-winning team.

He leads the Titan in scoring with three points through the first two games of the 2018-19 QMJHL season; he scored the overtime winner when the Cape Breton West Islanders won the Telus Cup in 2017.

St. Andrews’ Declan Smith was recently named captain of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
