Bear Head Energy open house Wednesday and Thursday

If you want to learn more about Bear Head Energy’s proposed green hydrogen and ammonia production storage and loading facility in Point Tupper, this is your chance.

You’ll be able to hear about the proposal and speak with project representatives and have any questions answered.

There will be two community open houses:

Arichat (June 21st: 5:00 – 7:00 pm)
Isle-Madame New Horizons Seniors Centre, 2373 Highway 206, Arichat NS

St. Peter’s (June 22nd: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm)
United Church Hall, 9913 Grenville St, St. Peter’s NS

Bear Head Energy is a developing large scale, green hydrogen and ammonia project in Nova Scotia. It will give the region the potential to become a hub for green hydrogen and ammonia production, globally. Once it’s completed, it is expected to produce up to 350,000 tonnes of hydrogen and 2 million tonnes of ammonia per year.

Bear Head Energy is a subsidiary of BAES Infrastructure. An energy company focused on the development, construction and operation of energy transition projects. BAES is supporting th the development of the project and helping bring it reality.
