UPDATED:
Power customers in the Quad Counties are facing a major power outage.
The outage includes a large section of Richmond Co; including Isle Madame.
Nova Scotia Power is reporting almost 3,800 customers are without power.
Nova Scotia Power‘s website indicates the estimated restoration time for customers is 2:00 a.m. Saturday.
The outage is due to transmission equipment damage.
