If you want to learn the basics about offshore wind energy, there will be Offshore Wind Community Information Sessions.
The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce is reminding there is one today at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre, from 1-3pm.
There will be two more sessions on Monday, December 11, at the D’Escousse Civic Improvement Centre 2-4pm and St. Peter’s Bonnie Brae Senior Citizens Club, 6-8pm.
The sessions in Port Hood, Cheticamp and Ingonish that were cancelled due to weather, will be rescheduled for January.
No registration is necessary, light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
