Wharf Road in Port Hood to be paved

Wharf Road in Port Hood is getting some much needed paving.

Inverness MLA and Deputy Premier Allan MacMaster says it’s a small, but important stretch of road to one of the area’s best loved beaches.

He says the paving will lead to easier parking and beach access.

Linda MacLillan of the Port Hood Area Development says they’ve worked hard with the municipality and the province to make this happen.

The paving should be completed this year.
