Update: Hwy 4 in James River reopens after head-on crash

A section Highway 4 in James River has reopened after a head-on collision.

RCMP say it was around 11:40 a.m., Monday, when an SUV crossed the centre line and crashed into a semi-truck.

Traffic in both directions was blocked in Antigonish County until well into Monday evening.

A collision reconstructionist attended the scene.
