Youths charged after break and enter

Two youths have been charged following a break and enter in New Glasgow.

New Glasgow Regional Police responded to the call of a break and enter at the Vapour Trail at 3 a.m. on Sunday.

The two 16-year-old boys smashed the glass out of the front door and entered the business, police say.

Hundreds of dollars of product was stolen.

The boys, both from Pictou County were arrested when police arrived; they were released on strict conditions and will appear in Pictou Provincial Court at a later date.

police are continuing to investigate other possible suspects involved in the break and enter.
