A man has been arrested for hate-motivated mischief in Antigonish.
Police say last month a suspect recorded a video of a group of women and children in a public park July 24.
Then four days later a man left garbage and urine at the door of a mosque.
Officers believe the same man was involved in both crimes.
The 69-year-old is facing charges for both.
He has been released on conditions and will appear in court in October.
