Autism Nova Scotia Public Meetings

The Autism Nova Scotia Strait Area Chapter is planning to host multiple meetings in the Quad Counties.

Their goal is to reach out to the various communities to discuss their needs and how the chapter can help to make them more autism friendly and determine the autism services that are needed.

The first of these open forum meetings will be held in Guysborough at the Chedabucto Lifestyle Complex on January 9th from 6:30 until 7:30 PM

The chapter posted a needs assessment survey for people to fill out and many people from Guysborough County filled it out.

They also plan to have meetings in Inverness, Antigonish, and Richmond Counties at later dates.
