Eskasoni Mi’Kmaw Nation is mourning the loss of two of their members.
Simon and Noel Jeddore were killed in a vehicle collision on Highway 4 near East Bay over the weekend.
Eskasoni chief Leroy Denny issued a statement on social media sending his condolences to the Jeddore family.
Denny stated that both men had kind and gentle souls and were true gentleman.
Simon Jeddore was recognized for being a committed member of the local fire department before retiring from that position 10 years ago.
