RCMP officers, along with the HRP’s Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, are looking for information about a report of shots fired in North Preston.
The incident happened on Saturday around 4 p.m., according to officers who responded to the report near Amos Walter Drive and Downey Drive.
When officers arrived on scene, they say they located a number of shell casings on the road.
There have been no reports of injuries and no obvious property damage.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact their local department.
