The X-Men (12-9-3), who snapped a two-game losing streak, are tied with Moncton for third in the seven-team conference with 25 points, six points behind Saint Mary’s for second, and two points ahead of fifth-place UPEI.
StFX has won two of the first three games in the five-game season series; the teams meet again in Antigonish Friday night.
