The Mooseheads (39-12-3), who won for the second time in as many nights and for the sixth time in the last seven games, are third in the 18-team league with 81 points, a point behind Drummondville for second, and two points ahead of fourth-place Baie-Comeau; they’re ranked eighth in the country.
Halifax has won the first four games in the eight-game season series against their Maritimes Division opponent.
