A man arrested after a traffic stop in Inverness Co. is expected back in court Tuesday.
RCMP say officers conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 104 in Port Hastings in Aug. 2017.
They say they searched a vehicle, and found dexamphetamine, codeine, other drug paraphernalia and brass knuckles.
Sean Dale Simon, 37, of Port Hawkesbury has been charged with a pair of possession for the purpose of trafficking counts, two weapons-related offences and three breaches.
Simon, who made his first court appearance in the case shortly after his arrest and was released on conditions, is scheduled to resume his trial on the drug charges in Nova Scotia Supreme Court in Port Hawkesbury.
