A woman from the Quad Counties is competing on the world stage.
Kristina Richard of Antigonish captured a bronze medal in the women’s 200 metre on Saturday at the Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi.
Richard was also competing today.
She finished fifth in the 100 metre.
Richard will compete in the 4×400 metre on Wednesday.
