Investigators have made an arrest in connection with a fatal collision involving a 10-year-old cyclist and a vehicle on July 11 in Victoria Co.
A 27-year-old man from Victoria Co. has been charged with a number of driving-related offences.
He was arrested last week before being released on conditions.
He will appear in court September 5 in Wagmatcook.
Police say they’re still investigating, and will continue to assess what charges are appropriate.
