Police and volunteer firefighters helped with a rescue in Inverness Co.
It happened at the bottom of Egypt Falls Wednesday afternoon.
RCMP say officers from their Inverness detachment and members of the Inverness and Lake Ainslie volunteer fire departments rescued a man who injured his ankle.
They say it took significant effort to walk him out, given the very steep incline in the area.
Paramedics took the man to hospital.
