Four more candidates have announced their intention to run in the upcoming municipal elections.
John Dowling, incumbent for Inverness Co. District 6, has thrown his hat back into the ring.
Bill MacFarlane, incumbent councillor for Antigonish Co. District 10, says he’s running for another term, he first took the seat in 2004.
Amanda Mombourquette, former Executive Director of the Strait Area Chamber of Commerce, has put her name in for Richmond Co. District 4.
John Ouellette has announced he’ll be on the ballot for Port Hawkesbury town council.
Municipal elections are set to take place across the province on Oct. 17th.
