A former local MP has been appointed to a top diplomatic spot.
Rodger Cuzner served as Cape Breton-Canso’s MP for 19 years. He was first elected in 2000 and he didn’t reoffer 2019.
Cuzner has been appointed Consul General of the Consulate General of Canada in Boston, MA, USA.
For nearly 20 years, @RodgerCuzner served Canadians in Parliament. Now, as our new Consul General in Boston, he’ll serve Canadians again – this time building bridges with New Englanders and strengthening ties with our closest trading partner.
